SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing can take 1 to 2 business days, and then NZ Post will get the item to you. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is processed and sent out, NZ Post will aim to deliver it to you within 1-3 business days. See NZ Post website for any current delays. If picking up from an Auckland Allstar gym, please allow 1-3 Days for it to be ready for Pickup.

If a customer's parcel is lost or stolen once the courier company has successfully delivered it, Diamond Fit does not cover the cost of the stolen / lost items.
